Weight (acting downwards) = 9.8*5 N
Net acceleration (upwards) = (170 - 9.8*5) / 5 m/s2
= 24.2 m/s2
Assuming zero initial velocity, v(final) = sqrt(2*a*S) = sqrt(2*24.2*10) = 22 m/s.
