vector difference between the velocities of 2 objects in terms of a coordinate system.

Relative velocity of a body is its velocity with respect to another moving body... It is equal to VECTOR SUM if bodies move in opposite direction.. It is equal to VECTOR DIFFERENCE if the bodies move in same drection.......
