like duh...makes the concepts amazingly easy...solved xamples giv u a very gud idea how to approach the problems...also solve the last few unsolved questions at the end of each chapter....solution buks available online

I didnt find walker edition that great. Try the Krane edition (comes in 2 vols). Along with theory from Resnick do HCVerma thoroughly i mean even the objective and short answer type questions. This should be sufficient for u to crack irodov problems with ease.

DUDE.. for solving questions from irodov ur concepts must be CRYSTAL CLEAR... if u have any SINGLE doubt.. then it will be difficult for u while solving... so make ur CONCEPTS strong.. for this u can refer HCV or DC PANDEY.

personally i feel u shud clarify ur concepts(especially mechanics, oscillations, waves) frm resnick,haliday n walker....verma has an excellent electricity and magnetism...optics wud b best frm university phy by young sears and zemansky....after u've gt a solid grasp on d concepts, try solve entire verma first followd by irodov...no 1 can stop u now...
