Whatever may be the resistances the current flows equally among all the elements in series.

so ratio of currents = 1:1

Since they are connected in series,,,,so the current across two bulbs will be equal...

Hence ratio is 1:1

If you connect it in parallel.....then also you will get a current ratio 2:1...not 1:2

Hence 1:2 is not any possible answer...
