which of the following is correct?(a)two forces are added using triangle rule because force is a vector quantity..(b)force is a vector quantity because two forces are added using triangle rule

Choice (a). As force is a vector because it has direction, and hence we apply the TLOF. The converse is not plausible.

force being a vector quantity is added according to triangle law of vector addition. i will go wid d first option

its option a ..... you decide upon the calculation method after knowing the properties of a quantity .. not the vice - versa
