i think all braches are good in the globel world of engg at least coming 20 years.but brach also depends on your attitude and interest.computers and electronics are the top most in placement industry but i think all brach depends on your skill.like if you want to go in software field than computer is best and then mba.but if you want to go in goverment sector like IES OR IAS i think core brach electronics,electrical and civil are good one.so first analyse your self then choose.

I think u must go for DCE coz u may not get good college/branch in IIT/AIEEE
