it is a physical quantity which possesses magnitude as well as direction. eg. velocity, acceleration, force, momentum, torque,etc.
Note that they follow the law of addition of vectors. So, even though current has magnitude and direction, it's not a vector as it doesn't follow the law of addition of vectors.

VECTOR is the physical quantity which has Dirrection as well as Magnitude n also obeys the law of vector addition.......
the current case is the unique 1 n is told 2 u by aditya2009
some imp examples r as follow:
Displacement, velocity, acceleration, force, torque, gravitational field, area, momentum, impulse, electric field, magnetic field, density, angular acceleration.............etc.........
