Hummingbird flight has been studied intensively from the perspective of aerodynamics.
Hummingbird produce 75% of their weight support during the down-stroke and 25% during the up-stroke:
The Giant Hummingbird's wings beat 8 to 10 beats per second, the wings of medium-sized hummingbirds beat about 20 to 25 beats per second and the smallest beat 70 beats per second.
[ collected from wikipedia]

it is not important where u stand, but in which direction u are moving

the BEE HUMMINGBIRD is the smallest bird. ( a specie of hummingbirds) and the name bee is due to the fact that it is the smallest of the hummingbirds.
Hummingbirds attribute their name to the humming sound that arises due to the extremely rapid motion of their wings which allows them to remain seemingly stationary in air, similar to a helicopter.
