see every particle wants to have minimum energy only for a spherical arrangement that will be true.

Perfect spheres dont exist.

If you form an object in a rotating perfectly uniform cloud, the object should be spherical and rotating, however, rotation causes centripetal force which will change its shape and cause it to bulge, which all rotating planets and moons do this.

i do agree with kashyap


While rotating around their axis,,centripetal force attracts all the molecules towards the centre


due to this kind attractive force the planets ,stars ,and moon tend to remain as a sphere
