Calculate n . n = 360/ where  is the angle b/w the mirrors.

if n is even the the no of images is (n-1).
if it's odd , then
(A) if object is placed symmetrically ,then no of images is (n-1)
(B) if object is placed unsymmetrically , then no of images is n .

In your case n=6 , so , no of images is 6-1 =5

i think its if n = 360/angle  -> even then no of images is (n-1)

Let & be the angle between the 2 mirrors.

The following table will help U find the no. of images.

n = 360/& Position of object No. of images

even anywhere n-1

odd symmetric n-1
asymmetric n

fraction anywhere [n] where [.] represents GIF

Don't forget to rate me...
