Calculate n . n = 360/
where
is the angle b/w the mirrors.
where
is the angle b/w the mirrors.if n is even the the no of images is (n-1).
if it's odd , then
(A) if object is placed symmetrically ,then no of images is (n-1)
(B) if object is placed unsymmetrically , then no of images is n .
In your case n=6 , so , no of images is 6-1 =5

Let & be the angle between the 2 mirrors.
The following table will help U find the no. of images.
n = 360/& Position of object No. of images
even anywhere n-1
odd symmetric n-1
asymmetric n
fraction anywhere [n] where [.] represents GIF
