Abhishek, I think you want to know shape of spherical wave front after reflection. An spherical wavefront an be both converging as well as diverging. WHat is your case

For case of plane mirror it will remain spherical even after reflection.

For concave and convex mirror, will remain spherical for most of cases. It may become parallel if it is apparently coming from focus for concave mirror and is apparently going towards focus for convex mirror
