if the circle x^2 + y^2 + 4x + 22y + p=0 bisects the circumference of the circle x^2 + y^2-2x+8y-q=0

common radical axis of two circles is diameter of 2nd circle
so,
axis is S1-S2==6X+14Y+P+Q=0
SUBSTITUTE center of S2 i.e (1,-4)
 => P+Q=50
