now angle between these lines is given by
tan theta = 2 rt ( h^2 - a b ) / a + b

Length of tangent from (p,q)= $\sqrt{S_1}$ = $\sqrt{p^2+q^2-a^2}$

Also radius=a

tan @=a/ $\sqrt{S_1}$

angle =2@

so 2@=2tan^-1(a/ $\sqrt{S_1}$ )
