(1+x2)40(x2+2+1/x2)-5

can be written x40(x+1/x)40 (x+1/x)-10
=> x40(x+1/x)30

General term of (x+1/x)30  = 30Cr x30-2r  dd

x40x30-2r = x20 => 70 -2r = 20 ==> r = 25

thus coefficient of x20 = 30C25
