None

simple doubt

a line's eqn is: x=-3, (y-4)/3 = (z-2)/1

what does x=-3 mean ,what is the d.r.

$nothing\;but\\\\ \frac{x+3}{0}=\frac{y-4}{3}=\frac{z-2}{1}$

DR are 0,3,1

Keep in mind that this equation is obtained from the vector equation of the line.

Considering 'x' component alone,
