given two AP's 2,5,8,11.........t60 and 3,5,7,9,.................t50. then the number of identicle terms are (A) 15 (B) 17 (C) 19 (D) not pls also explain ur answer

It's easy...
The answer is B)17.
Here's how>>>
The series are
S1: 2,5,8,11,14,17,...
S2: 3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,...
Clearly, in S2,
after 5, every 3rd term is there in S1 also.
No. of terms in S2 = 50.
Thus,
common terms after 5 = 48/3 = 16.
Including 5, total no. of common terms between S1 & S2 = 16+1
= 17.
