Please ask one question at a time.
sinx + 2cosecx = 3
sinx + 2/sinx = 3
sin2x - 3sinx + 2 = 0
(sinx-1)(sinx-2) = 0
Since -1<=sinx<=1 , sinx -2 can never be 0.
Hence, sinx-1 = 0
sinx = 1
x = (-1)nn + /2 where n is any integer.
