first of all u wi;; have to make the variables in numrnarator of both lines constant free
so we divide first line with
12,13,- 1 and
2 nd wth 16,-1,?14
and we get the denominator ur the intercepts a1 , b1 , c1 as 3, 2, -6 and a2 , b2 , c2 as 2, -12, -3
now use formula a1a2 + b1b2 + c1c2 we get 0 hece both lines are perpendicular
