temperature is measurement of kinetic energy of molecules of substance

that

heat==J

The basic difference between heat and temperature is that heat is a physical quantity and a form of energy whereas temperature is a measure of the hotness or coldness of a body. Heat and temperature can be thought of as current and potential as in electrostatics.
