The question require the coefficient of volumetric expansion of kerosene, water, oil and glass. If coefficient of expansion of liquid is greater than that of glass liquid will rise up in straw otherwise itt will come down

THE LIQUIDS  LEVEL AND THEIR EXPASION WOULD B DIFFERENT......

AND  IF THE EXPANSION OF LIQUID IS MORE THAN TAT OF GLASS THE LEVEL INCREASES......

KEROSENE LEVEL HAS INCREASED MORE THAN THAT OF OIL AND WATER............

AS KEROSENE HAVE GREATER COEEFICENT OF THERMAL EXPANSION.............
