Maxwell's speed distribution law
None

Could someone explain me the graph of P(v) and speed v
where p(v) is probability factor and v is velocity of molecules

no i cant sketch the graph man..........
i dont know how to???????.......

but its about the fact that.........
how particle velocities are distributed in a normal sample of a particle...........

you'll see a curve in the graph at a certain point.........that shows the amount of particle density per velocity required for the collision to take place that will overcome the energy barrier and engage in a chemical reaction...............allrit

the curve is steep for cases where a higher particle density is required for the required collision for a reaction..........

i'll give you an exaple..........
for noble gases.........xenon will have the steepest curve and helium will have a curve closest to the horizontal...........

the density parameter is on the vertical and the velocity on the horizontal..........

CASE RESTED.......
