1) if dv = 0, it is not necessary that it is an isochoric process.


2) if dP=0, then it is not necessary that it is an isobaric process.


Pls give examples for the above statements

the statement is rite  but i cant think of any good example rite now


 


maybe this can be an example see ischoric mean that in the whole process the volume remains constant and if the presuur is constant then work done will be 0  but see in the process below dv 0 but wrk is not

if the volume of a given process remains constant throughout the process then it is an isochoric process


if the initial vol is equal to the final vol (meaning dv=0)


but dis does not mean that the process is isochoric since it is not necesssary that the vol remained const throughout the process......


Same concept is for pressure.....
