HERE IS A BEAUTIFUL QS.  THERE ARE  TWO  CONTAINER OF SAME AREA OF CROSS SECTION AND ONE ABOVE THE OTHER THE ABOVE ONE CONTAINS AND IDEAL GAS AND LOWER CONTAINS A IDEAL , NON-VISCOUS AND PERFECTLY NON CONDUCTING FLUID .
THERE IS AN ORIFICE  AT THE BOTTOM  FROM WHICH THE FLUID IS FLOWING . ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE IS P0 AND ADIABATIC EXPONENT IS
WALL ARE PERFECTLY NON HEAT CONDUCTING AND NO LEAKAGE IS THERE . THE CYLINDERS HAVE EQUAL HEIGHT L  . FIND
1: THE VELOCITY OF THE OUT COMING WATER AS A FUNCTION HEIGHT OF WATER H
2: THE MINIMUM ANGULAR VELOCITY WITH WHICH THE CONTAINER SHOULD BE ROTATED SO THAT THE VELOCTIY GETS DOUBLED FOR THE SAME HEIGHT AS EARLIER

It is simple .
 
 Use P V ^  = const to find P vs h
 
Next use Bernoullis eqn to find the velocity.
 
Make use of continuity eqn Av = const to find the reln between velocity of water level at the top and at the orifice .
