What is the common name for Na3B4O7.
" ' " ' ' ' ' ' ' ''' '' ' ' ' '  "' ' ' ' ' " " " "'   NaBO2 & B2O3.
The answers given in the text book{NCERT} & other books are confusing & different.

Na2B4O7ยท.. is anhydrous borax its systematic name is sodium tetraborate
B2O3 is Diboron trioxide,Boric acid, Boric oxide,Boron trioxide all are the same names
i think u hav mistyped NaBO3 as NaBO2  if its the former one, its called sodium perborate

i could'nt get the first one but
the second compound is called
SODIUM METABORATE
the third one is called
BORON SESQUIOXIDE
remember that compound with the formula
M2O3 are SESQUIOXIDE

It should be Na2B4O7

Names are :
Na2B4O7  : anhydrous borax
NaBO2  : sodium metaborate
B2O3  : boron sesquioxide
