yeah sandeep ramesh is right
see you have Fe3+ in one and Fe2+ in another
Fe3+ has 4s0 3d5 and Fe2+ has 4s0 3d6 so
when pairing up takes place for one i unpaired e- is left for another there is no unpaired e-!!!
