@jps your all ans are right but there is a problem .......in second option the ans is given p,q,r instead of q,r,s........even i have a problem with the given ans in the book..........i have got the same ans as yours...........cheers!!!!!!!!!..............if sahil has a explaination for that please give the clarification.........

i think the answer is wrong. Ox isn't a strong ligand which will form inner d-complex. In fact it is even behind water in the spectrochemical series. So, it won't have d2sp3 hybridisation. it will bw sp3d2 and paramagnetic.
