If you are talking about that there is 4 phosphorus atoms bonded together (which does not make any sense), then the lewis structure would be p---p---p and one more above or below the center p.
Hybridization would be Sp2 since there are 3 ligands (trigonal planar).

what you mean is that 4 phosphorus atoms are bonded to a central carbon. P---C---P and there is one P on the top of C and one below the C. The Hybridization would be Sp3 since you have 4 ligands.

Hybridisation of phosphorus in P4 is sp3 with one lone pair and three bond pairs.
