Why is KO2 a superoxide whereas CO2 is not???

02- is superoxide ion
in co2 it is totally diff it depends on the ion hope u got dat and pls do tell if i am wrong

A super oxide is one which contains (O-O)-. This is present in KO2 as there is K+ ion... This is not the case with CO2.
|
