Well kjehladahl is a method for estimation of elements, Nitrogen I think, I dont remember well.

Ya I think Tarin is right The Kjeldahl method is a method to determine the quantity of N in a cpd.
So I guess Kjeldahlising a Compound means either finding the quantity of N in it or carrying out the Kjeldahl method on the given cpd.
Post the question We may be able to help you better....

This method is basically used for quantitative analysis of organic compounds

It is used only for N not for all organic compounds.

kjeldahls methodis used to determine nitrogen content in organic compounds in which nitrogen is attached to cabron and hydrogen (bt not in azo, nitro and azoxy) principle:nitrogen is heated with conc sulphuric acid in copper sulphate which converts it into ammonium sulphate . this ammonium sulphate is treated with excess of alkali which decomposes to ammonia from which nitrogen content is calculated. catalyst used is coppersulphate and mercury . potassium sulphate is also added to raise the boiling point of sulphuric acid.
