Manganese

The lowest oxidation state of manganese is basic while the highest is acidic .why ???

among oxides of Mn Mno(+2), Mn₂O₃(+3),MnO₂(+4),

MnO₃(+6),Mn₂O₇(+7) as the percentage of oxygen increases acidic character increases.therefore as the oxidation no increases acidic character increases..
