Also using fajhans rule we can say it is more ionic and therefore like dissolves like and thus it is soluble.

Ag+ possess pseudo noble gas configuration and thus is somewhat lesser stable than other metal ions having inert gas configuration and thus dissociation of AgF isn't that easy and hence its fairly soluble in water.....

yeah silver fouride is soluble in water among the other halides it is due to small size of flourine and comparable size with Ag+ and thus simliar sized molecules favour precipitation according to fajan's rule!!
