plz explain ur answers....

c bro, i only know d ansrs of 3. and 4. d ansr 4 d 3rd one is (c) Ba cz it can easily give itz electrons in comparison 2 all d odr elements.... given in the options....

c dude.... d ansr is magnesium hydroxychloride... if only heated... d compound is formed due to high hydration energy of Mg.... but when magnesium hydroxychloride is heated dn MgO and HCl are formed.... so (c) can be d ansr....

the answer to first ques is d whenever Mg is oxidised carbon from coal reduces it to metal and gets oxidised to CO2
3rd ques ans is as given by svj29 and the xplanation is quite right
