There is no form of carbon which is inert. Most stable form of carbon is graphite. But it is also not inert.

graphite is thermodynamicaaly the most stable form of carbon.
no inert form .

well dere is no inert form of carbon.......bt Inert carbon = the dead carbon present in kerogen or the S4 carbon...................Inert Carbon = 10 x TOC - 0.083 x (S1 + S2)........c d link 2 get more.....http://www.humble-inc.com/organic.htm

there are no inert forms of carbon.INERT means the condition of non-reacting with the most of reactions.
|

yaar...c'mon..
how can diamond be inert......phew...
JUST REMEBER THAT
BOTH DIAMOND AND GRAPHITE ATE ALLOTROPES YAAR OF CARBON......
WITH differences here n there in structure , arrangement and electrical conductivity.....
if carbon had an inert form ....it wunt stand in its pure form..allrit...
