We can see that the oxdn. state of the halogen atom increases in order you've given . So that halogen atom has a greater tendency to attract the electrons from the O-atom. The H-atom attached is weakly attached to O. So , ease of losing H increases as given . Acidity is the ease of losing the H -atom.
Thus , the given order represents the acidity order.

The reason goes like this.......
for an oxoacid....more the no. of oxygen atoms more is acidic character........
ALTERNATIVELY......
the stability of there conjugate bases can be taken into account which is just the opposite of the acidic character..........

its simple, more the oxdn state more is the acidity bcoz less is the electrons available to donate and act as lewis base. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

chking d oxidation state of Cl den u wld get d order
2nd if u wanna chk d order of acids den make it lewis base d stronger base its conjugate acids is weak or d conjugate acids weak den d base wld b strong n decide it by +I or -I or +R or -R n hyperconjugation n resonace 2 for resonance d octet shld b complete d molecular formulae shld not b changed d molecule shld hav net charge zero

always check the stability of conj base ! ClO4- is more stable coz the Cl-O bond has a greater multiplicity
