what is d o.n of Fe in Na2(Fe{CN}5 NO) we will consider o. state of NO as zero? in P.bahadur its gi

what is d o.n of Fe in Na2(Fe{CN}5 NO) we will consider o. state of NO as zero? in P.bahadur its given NO in iron complex has NO+ nature. is it correct?

oxidation state of iron is +3 if NO is considered neutral...n +2 if NO+ is considered...n yes,,,,it is NO+ (nitrosyl) not NO...... name of compound is pentacyanonitrosylferrate(II) ion

I think its nitro(NO) coz the name is sodiumnitroprusside. hence Fe+3
