U mix different liquids which boil at different temperatures. If the mixture boils at some particular constant temperature, then it is known as constant boiling mixture.

If two liquids are mixed and they are being heated.After reaching certain temperature the two components start vaporizing at the same rate without changing the composition of the liquid mixture is called a constant boiling mixture.
