When two proton spins are parallel to each other they constitute ortho-isomer and when they are anti-parallel constitute para-isomer.
Examples :
In orthohydrogen spins of two hydrogen atoms are aligned in one direction while in parahydrogen they are in oppostie directions.
Two hydrogen atoms attached to the carbon in methylene group are also of different spin configurations.
