i thnk it is F2 . b'coz flourine is very unstable n highly reactive, its size is very small n so an extra electron cn easily entr into its p- orbital whi is quite nearer to d nucleus.

i think u asked about halide. how can F2 be a hallide?Actually Astitium the last halogen does not exist as halide as it is radioactive.rate if useful.
