it is NH3, because small atoms impart stability to small ones, and the N-H bonds are relatively stronger than B-H bonds. (more ionic)

Remember Cedric. Remember, if the time should come when you have to make a choice between what is right and what is easy, remember what happened to a boy who was good, and kind, and brave, because he strayed across the path of Lord Voldemort. Remember Cedric Diggory.

BH3 is an electron deficient molecule. Thst's why it forms it's dimer naturally (diborane). NH3 is an electron precise molecule. This makes NH3 stabler.
Also N forms much stronger bonds than B. The N-H bond is stronger b'coz of higher electronegativity of N as SVJ29 said.
