it is NH3, because small atoms impart stability to small ones,
and the N-H bonds are relatively stronger than B-H bonds.

BH3 is an electron deficient molecule. Thst's why it forms it's dimer naturally (diborane). NH3 is an electron precise molecule. This makes NH3 stabler.

Also N forms much stronger bonds than B. The N-H bond is stronger b'coz of higher electronegativity of N as SVJ29 said.
