its very rare for bromine to have +7 oxidation state because it is a halogen and hence can easily gain one electron and complete its octet.therefore it usually shows -1 oxidation state.
@kane in interhalogen comp it shows +7 brf7 provided the sorrounding atoms aren't bulky and less electro-ve other wise due to bulky and e-ve gives unstable nature thats why fbr7 is not known but brf7 is
