according to VSEPR theory, more electronegative the central atom is, more will it attract the bond pair electrons towards itself. since N is more electronegative that P the bond pair- bond pair repulsion will be more in NH3 and so is the bond angle.

its bcz electronegetivity of N is more .so it attracts the bonded pair of electrons towards itself.....now wen the electrons come closer..due to the bond pair bond pair repulsion,the bond angle is increased..........
while electronegetivity of P is comparitively less so it does not attracts the bonded pair of el;ectons towards itself...........

remember ..electronegetivity of central atom is directly proportional to bond angle
