Manu,
Stick to C'garh.
B'lore isn't very competitive. The whole of South India hasn't been doing too well at the IITs except for Andhra Pradesh.
AP itself accounts for 60-70 % of success stories ( JEE ) from the South.
Karnataka might be # 2 in the South but it is a distant second.

C'garh is highly competitive,Good results for last decade now.
Also, u r well settled there. Why rock the boat ?
It is your call now.

Zeeshan,
Your point is well taken. B'lore has decent coaching centres like BASE etc. When compared to M'lore ( where u stay), the scene is certainly brighter at B'lore.

But Manu's decision point was : Which one to choose ? Chandigarh or B'lore ?

We r of the opinion that B'lore is not superior to C'garh. The JEE results from C'garh have been better . Several good coaching institutes are there. Plus Manu hails from C'garh.

So, we recommended that he should stay put there.
Hope u go along with us on this decision.
