i am droping an year for dce and aieee as was not  able to clear them this year! please suggest me good books for aieee and dce!

I have cleared iit and dce both this year. I can recommend that you do the following things. you may be right that hc verma is a bit of a high thing for dce, but you should still read that book. it has good problems.

tutions - did not take

correspondence course - Quest tutorials (delhi based) - the best and most concise course

coaching - did not take

phy - HC Verma, dinesh

maths - tata mcgraw hill, rd sharma

chem - jd lee, morison & boyd, p bahadur

previous year papers of dce/aieee - i did all the papers in the month of feb - some questions are repeated also.

i study at quest and will appear for iit in 2009. they have an excellent course material and workbooks. i know they are good for iit, but will it be complete for DCE and AIEEE as well? Do we need to read something else also?

some topics that are asked in aieee are not asked in iit. same is the case with dce and vit.

quest course pack has modules that cover the entire syllabus for all these exams. you dont have to worry once u r through with their course pack.
