what is COMDEK ?? IS IT ONLY FOR MEDICAL R FOR Engineering ALSO AND EVERY ONE CAN TAKE THE EXAM ?ON THA BASIS IF THE EXAM WHO WILL GIVE ADMISSION ?? RATES ARE SURE PLS DO REPLY

i think it is held for the non-karnataka students for admission to colleges in karnataka

nice....my cousin got through it in mysore engineering college or so...but surely no match for the NIT's and BITS...but do give it a touch if you can't get through any of these.............

it's not only for non karnataka students..basically they're management seats in private colleges of karnataka.in case ur not eligible for the cet exam or dont get a gud rankin there..there aint much competition ther..but the seats r pretty expensive

Hey,dude,COMEDK is held for students who can't attempt CET of Karnataka.It is due to the reason that at least the candidate should have studied in Karanataka for 5 years or their parents should be from Karnataka.For those students who come from abroad or from different states,this examination is held.As per my knowledge,this examination is slightly simpler than CET of Karnataka and less competative as only a few students enrole in that and moreover very few colledges give admission based on the COMEDK exam.If u want to get into a gud Karnataka colledge,write u'r CET.
