Hi Everyone My question looks to be silly but still I request all of you to answer it. Does IIT correspondence course from any single institute such as brilliant or fiitjee is enough to get the good rank in JEE? Do we need to refer the books meant for JEE also? Please advise me. I am new to this site Thanks Futureiitian

[Books first + personal tuition + correspondence] is the best option.

I HAD VMC correspondence....and according to me...it didnt liv up to my expectations....the question booklets also had many useless questions...i mean not the type of questions required 4 jee.... according 2 me....books are best if u want 2 prepare 4 IIT......all these correspondence etc are costly and dont provide wid enuf material also...if u r not joining any coaching..(it helps u to b regular...)...then stick 2 good books..all d best

correspondence+ncerts alone are more than enough for jee. just be regular, motivated and work hard.quality is always more imp than quantity.one of the iitian from our city with air-4 used to do only 40-50 from a chapter.best of luck.

Better option would be: Study from books & join any good test series(like fiit jee or brilliant) Test series would cost low for you. also material provided by most of correspondances(even by fiitjee or brilliant) is not that good.
Coaching is not all necessary if you can keep yourself motivated & +ve. Recent trends of IIT has even reduced the importance of coaching. I would reccommend you to have self study rather joinning any coaching. Best of luck & keep yourself motivated!!
