Is it advisable to join Kota Bansal classes after class 12th to crack IIT-JEE with rank below 1000 ?

If not which coaching institute will be ideal.

I havn't taken any coaching in 11th & 12th.

yes please join it and study really sincerly....i made the mistake of not joining it...no institute in india can matchits record wrt to clearing iitjee...i dont know how but even a medicore student can crack iit if in in bansal and has religously followed the institute..dont know how but they can bring out best in u...dont makke mistake i made...all dbest...crack iitjee...

First of all I was there in Bansal classes for JEE 2007 1 yr programme (Nucleus for 12th std. students programme for JEE 2007) so I know the pressure u are likely to face when u go there without any previous JEE prepn. I too did not have any base , so faced a lot of problems but eventually it took a lot of hard work and I got AIR 4945 on my first attempt. Some of my friends studying right from 11th fared better than me in JEE 2007 despite the fact that I am much more intelligent than them. I eventually repeated (didn't go to Kota ) and got AIR 1004 in JEE 2008.

I will suggest u to keep on preparing well but break the task into parts so that u face less pressure.

First aim for selection.

Then for 2000 rank. and then 1000. Directly aiming for 1000 will put unnecessary pressure on u. But I repeat keep on working hard and you will be much better placed.
