i am a student of fiitjee and also have the material of brilliant tutorials. is it enough or should i purchase any of the standard books . if so plz mention them

but do buy some standard books
like hc verma,resnik haliday for phy
hall and knight for maths and loney too
p bahudar and arihant for chem(in all branches)

Definitely you should buy the standard books.

Physics : H C Verma(must do), Arihant.
Chemistry : NCERT(must do for organic and inorganic),R C Mukharjee,Morrison n Boyd.
Maths : R D Sharma, Arihant.

it looks u have loads of study material and thats gud
u indeed have the perfect match, fiitjee is gud for coaching and brilliants books r also very gud
u must be havng more than enuf ques to solve from ur packages so i dont think there is any need for extra buks for ques
but if ur concepts r not clear and ur study material is also not helping, then u shud buy a book in which the concepts r explained well

M.L.Khanna [ start with this as it is easy ]
 
Arihant.
 
Physics -
 
H.C.Verma Vol.1 and 2
 
D.C.Pandey
 
Chemistry -
 
R.C.Mukherjee for physical chemistry.
 
O.P.Aggarwal for Organic  and Inorganic chemistry.
 
MTG for more solving practice.
 
The books above are enough for Good studies.
 
Most Recomended from above are -
 
R.D.Sharma , H.C.Verma , D.C.Pandey , R.C,Mukherjee , MTG , and also
 
Morrison and boyd ( depends on you can get confused ).
