Which is the best books to prepare for NTSE .

try upkaar and rs agarwal for the first phase and if you qualify first phase then go for TMH .....also for the first phase try to get best knowledge of your state ...thats my experience

Just read your state books of 8,9 and 10. Be thorough with GMAT and solve many question papers. Then if you have time, you can go for Upkar's and TMH. That should be enough to clear the first 2 stages.
