what is the integration of( tan inverse x) whole square

Put x=tan t , dx=sec²t dt,

You'll get integral t².sec²t dt

Take t² as first function and integrate by parts

you'll get an integral 2t.tan t dt

It does not exist in terms of elementary functions.

It contains Polylogarithms.
