multiply sec^2 x to numerator and denominator
=1/(1+4tan^2 x) *dx
take tan x =t
=1/(1+t^2)*(1+4t^2) *dx
apply partial fractions
A/1+y +B/1+4Y (for simplicity take t^2 as y)
A(1+4y)+B(1+y)=1
a=-1/3,b=4/3
apply stndard formula tocalculate integration ,take limits tobe 0 and infinity
please rate
